Fall Update

It seems hard to believe that we are already in November (almost) and thinking of Christmas. We are offering a number of one day classes this month, making items that we hope you can use for gifts or for you home to decorate, etc. for the holidays. Our “Christmas Corner” has all the fabrics plus a number of inspiration items. Check it out. And in the spirit of the holidays we will be having a Care Weekend where we do some sewing for cancer and Alzheimer patients.

Care Days

Novermber 12, 13, and 14

We have been approached to make hats for cancer patients and “touch” blankets for the Alzheimer Association. We will start Friday evening and work Saturday all day and on Sunday if necessary. Sign up for a time that suits you. We will be also accepting donations of fabric—preferably soft so it will be comfortable—to make the hats. Many are made from knits and others from cotton.
